− Room was badly laid out tv in wrong place, bed in wrong place towels were like hard board need to be soft , previous landlady moving out new owners moving which happened past 12 midnight on sat night no discount for the disturbance only if we book again which we won't so no compensation, no bar which is pictured no breakfast mentioned so facilities not available, rooms full of furniture and boxes so unusable for guests, needed to be closed while transfer was happening so basically don't book until fully functional again we've lost alot of money staying here, disappointing.

− Only thing was the stairs for our very elderly dog to manage, however that was not The Ryecrofts fault, no other issues.

10.0On arrival, carol was very welcoming. Explained all we needed to know, the room was bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable. A good thing was a large fan in room, as weather was great.

10.0This is our second time there and each time we go back it gets better keep up the good work also friendly and pleasent lady my dog loved it as he played with her dog
− The only thing was breakfast not the owners fault due to moving hoping the new owners carry on the good work and start breakfast again
