− The strong cigarette smell in the room. The street noise (I was only able to sleep with earplugs). The unavailability of rooms to change (the staff said that the hotel was fully booked, yet there were only 5-6 people at breakfast).

9.0Personal agradable y con predisposición a ayudar aunque tuvimos que utilizar el traductor español - turco. Limpieza de 10 y desayuno variado. Repetiríamos en este hotel sin dudar si se diese el caso.
− En las habitaciones se puede fumar y el olor a tabaco está impregnado en mobiliario, moqueta, colcha, etc.
