− The thin walls as you can hear people from 5 doors away talking. The damaged sink tap and walls in the bathroom.

− No chance to open windows in bedroom. As a vegetarian I couldn't have sausage or bacon on my cooked breakfast but no alternatives or additions were added. Eggs were microwaved not scrambled.

− Climbing up outdoor stairs to the room in the rain.uncomfortable bed, pillows that ended up like earmuffs. Walls cracked and in need of repair work. Breakfast very basic. Scrambled eggs put of a packet. Cordial for orange juice.
