6.0El staff nos ayudo en todas nuestras dudas! El cuarto estaba bien solo las sabanas un poco sucias pero nada del otro mundo. El baño limpio. En general recomiendo el hotel!

10.0Estar en Cuetzalan es mágico, muy bello el lugar y hospedandonos en este hotel lo hizo mucho más agradable, totalmente un hotel muy recomendable por sus instalaciones y más por lo lindo de la gente que da servicio.

8.0Nos gusto su ubicación, el desayuno buffet del domingo fue bueno pero el del lunes muy ligero sobre todo si vas a realizar un paseo a las grutas o cascadas necesitas más energía.
