Clean pool area and room.

It was a last minute emergency booking. It was clean, tidy and the service was good. Nothing more and nothing less. Fine as a stop over point. It’s part of the best western next door, which isn’t clear at booking.

This is Best Western managed property no mentioned made until arrival. Made reservations early called ahead before arrival but took several minutes to locate. Given rooms next to highway no noise barrier. Pool was closed, breakfast a sham.

Overall it was ok. Location was close to downtown. But I did have problems with the ac and television. Ms. Belinda (I may be getting it wrong) was absolutely the best! And so friendly and accommodating. Priscilla on the other hand not so much. I had to switch rooms due to the ac not working and instead of coming up with a solution, she stated the maintenance guy was busy. I eventually switched rooms but the television wasn't working. I called to let her know and she would just say she would call me back but never did. I had to call her frequently to follow up. I eventually figured she was busy so I let her know i would be leaving at 6pm and asked if the tv would be fixed by when i returned and she assured me it would. I got in at 9pm and when i noticed it wasn't working, i called and a new girl had taken over the shift. She had known nothing about the situation and was not able to help me either. Overall room is clean and beds are comfortable. But staff is not all attentive. That itself made me not want to return. Things happen all the time that are out of our control, but when dealing with guests, its how you handle it that truly matters.
