10.0I had a wonderful stay at Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ariani for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She was attentive, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness and dedication truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure.

Pleasant stay at Aston
8.0First time staying at Aston Simatupang. Booking via website was easy. We requested extra clean bed/room due to allergic to dust and Aston did a great job prior our arrival. Room ambient is relaxing & comfort. Thank you duty manager/Mas Samsuddin & crews for preparing our room. Breakfast with various choices but I would suggest to upgrade its taste to next level.

10.0The staff treated my daughter and my aunt and myself hands down better than any hotel staff I've ever come across. Except for the massage area, there is an incident that was taken care of.
