10.0We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out was the staff. The morning front desk teams on the 19th and 20th were incredibly welcoming, positive, and more than accommodating. They made us feel like valued guests from the moment we walked in. It reminded us of how hotels used to be, where genuine customer service and a friendly attitude were the standard. The staff really deserves recognition! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

10.0My husband and I had our dog with us on our roadtrip and we're curious about Mall of America. We're glad we found this TownePlace. The price and amenities for the location (across the street from Mall of America) was a great value for our overnight stay. Check-in was easy, and the front desk personnel was very welcoming. There were plenty of areas around the property to walk our dog, albeit close to the interstate. The double room was large, sparkling clean and comfortable--plenty of room for our pup's dog bed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, pastries and several hot items, even a waffle iron for fresh waffles. We would stay at a TownePlace again in a heartbeat.
