Above average motel makes a convenient overnight stop while touring the St Lawrence.
8.0Le Martinet is beside route 132 and near the highway, though outside of the village of La Pocatiere. I found it above average for a Quebec motel, in particular the breakfast area was spacious and proper cutlery and crockery were provided. The room was a good size, with quiet and efficient air conditioning.
− We had no serious complaints; there was only one bedside table and the placement of the room's electrical outlets seemed rather inconvenient. One small improvement that could easily be made would be to provide some bottled water in the room. A nice-to-have in Quebec during July!
