Awful experience
2.0Hallway smelled like old urine. Room was dingy and smelled like mold. Paint was peeling on walls, mirror was stained. Only a couple of wall plug ins in the room. Mold and standing water in shower. TV is very small and low quality resolution. Inconvenient parking. Never staying at an aloft again especially this one.
Fantastic last minute hotel
9.0This was a last minute for us, only staying 1 night. Room was fantastic for the $ . Two BIG twin beds, great shower. Would stay here is we were staying for a week.
− Roadworks at entry point while we were there, but that is not the hotels fault, nor did it affect our stay.
Quiet time not enforced by staff
4.0Very noisy in the pool area passed midnight on a week night. Loud adults and screaming kids late into the night. We called the front desk but the noise continued. Second time we called front desk they said they tried asking but there is nothing else they can do. They need to enforce their own policy of quiet time better. We would never stay there again. If you do have to stay get the room far away from the pool. Better yet, don’t stay there!
