7.0Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Deich und somit zur Nordsee ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung ist sauber und im Allgemeinen gut ausgestattet.
− Das Bad ist sehr eng, es mangelt an Ablagen.
Sehr gut geeignet für einige Tage Aufenthalt mit kurzem Weg zum Strand.

8.0An der Unterkunft selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen. Alles super!
− Die Ferienhausvermietung hat den Urlaub leider etwas madig gemacht. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, 12€ pro Nacht sollte dieser extra kosten. Per Chat über Booking wurden wir dann ausgefragt um was für eine Rasse es sich handelt. Plötzlich wurden 15€ pro Nacht + eine Kaution von 150€ für den Hund gefordert, die vorab überwiesen werden sollten. Sowas gehört in die Details auf den Buchungsseiten, dann weiß man im Vorraus bescheid. Wir hätten dort nicht gebucht wenn das vorher bekannt gewesen wäre. Auch die Kurtaxe wurde vorab extra überwiesen. Nach der Anreise wurden wir 2x per Chatnachricht aufgefordert die Gebühren für den Hund und die Kurtaxe im Büro zu zahlen. 2x habe ich mitgeteilt dass wir das schon lange im Vorfeld überwiesen hatten. Erst als ich die Chefin am Telefon hatte war endlich Ruhe. Das ganze Hin- und Her hat meine Urlaubsstimmung deutlich getrübt. Und die Kaution sollte nach 14 Tagen wieder auf meinem Konto sein. War sie aber nicht, sie wurde erst nach Aufforderung wieder rückerstattet.

Zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung,die eine Grundreinigung braucht und Küchenutensilien total veraltert.
5.0Zentral zum Strand.Ferienhaus mit Ferienwohnungen überschaubar.
− Auf den ersten Blick sauber,dann aber schmutzig,auf den Schränken,in den Ecken. vor allem der Balkon mit extrem verschmutzten Geländer.Keine Spülmaschine,extrem altes Küchenutensilien,kaputte Pfanne,usw.
