Very disappointed in our stay , first the mold issue and then the miscommunication between your staff.
4.0The pool and hot tub and location.
− The SFG ( suspicious Funkel growth ) mold in the #230 apartment bathroom. Then having 2 visits to our new apartment #212 after being relocated. Once by another person given the same room as us and then by your staff to reassure that we were in the new room. Next it was being locked out of the new apartment because your staff canceled all the keys to the apartment. This was not a very pleasant experience for my family.

10.0The breakfast was very good and had alot of choices. The hotel and the rooms are always clean and fresh. The pool and Hot tub are always clean and in good condition.

− Toilet didn't fill ,tv didn't work had to have manager fix same. Cleanliness border line.reception language problem. Not enough staff to supervise facility Breakfast skipped due to crowd and poor amenities
