Miserable we stayed for five nights and cannot wait to get out or there but was told that it was nonrefundable

1.0FRONT DESK RUDE, IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY, THE LADY WAS RUDE NO SPANISH SPEAKING PERSONNEL ALSO. SCREAMING AT THE GUESS FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING. I SPOKE WITH THEM BY PHONE TO SETTLE THE PAY ANSWER SWEET BY IN PERSON SHE IS SOMETHING ELSE.
