No elevator. Had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs Pool in the middle of building. Terribly hot and humid No idea where to check in. Took us an hour to find it.

Would not return.

On our arrival we found a refrigerator off and the door closed causing a very musty smell in the refrigerator. When unpacking our clothes to put in the dresser we found two pairs of dirty socks and a pair of dirty underwear in the dresser. To give credit to the staff when we notified them of our findings the next day they offered to move us to another room and to give us one night free.

Great hotel if you get the right price!

99 deal was great for spacious rooms for a quick getaway. Full rack rate I probably would pass as the place is pretty outdated. Check in process was a mess, there really wasn't anything to say that you have to find the gatehouse first to get your keys. If you're looking for a break from the kids, my suggestion would be to call and make sure there's no special events for the weekend as it can be a big family draw as they have a great pool and jacuzzi. It was like chuck e cheese over this last weekend, complete with elephants stampeding through the hallways. (Just a friendly reminder to parents: adults do appreciate it when your 5 kids aren't sitting in the hot tub with you with their water wings on.)

Probably one of the better hotels in Crosslake/Brainerd area. All of the staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Close to everything but a little outdated

The location is nice and the resort is nice. Loved the resort. The room was a little outdated. TV in room did not work. WIFI was very slow. Living room was super hot due to the pool are which was very warm. I did not even want to be in pool area because how warm it was. Grilling area feels like it is ready to collapse.
