Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und habe ein Dreibettzimmer unter Dach gekommen, nach anfrage....ausgebucht...meine Buchung schon 2 Monate her....fast frech.

Unterkunft auf dem Jakobsweg

Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber sprachen NUR Spanisch. Zimmer und Bad waren viel zu Klein. Das Bad reichte maximal für 2/3 eines Erwachsenen. In der Dusche konnte man sich nicht Bewefen. Der Klositz war defekt.

We hadden via Expedia gereserveerd, kregen bevestiging en bij aankomst hotel was er geen plaats! Het was overboekt! Wij kregen geen hulp om een ander hotel te vinden! Zeer slechte quotering expedia en zeer slechte quotering hotel! Ontevreden klant!!
