6.0The young lady we dealt with exclusively was extremely accommodating and very polite and friendly.
− The main problem was the room given to me looked nothing like the photo on the website which was showing me I was booking a unit with a kitchenette which included a full size refrigerator and stove, microwave and a dinette set with two chairs. Upon entering the room I discovered all it included was a mini fridge and a microwave! Upon returning to the office I was informed I had booked only a standard room but was offered an upgrade at an additional cost. When I protested over the additional charges, after some "discussions" I was offered an upgrade at no additional charge. I gladly accepted this offer and was given a key to a housekeeping room. Upon entering I was greatly disappointed to discover there was no stove, just a two burner hotplate and no table and chairs to eat at! It had been a long day and I made no mention of my repeated disappointment to the manager during my four night stay. Very disappointed with this booking overall.

9.0Older room but has been updated. Clean and had a small kitchen. There was no carpet on the floor.
− The tenant in the room 2 doors down was smoking outside his room but the smoke drifted our way and he smoked quite frequently. Would recommend they put a small table in the room for eating.
