7.0Sehr gute Lage mit Panoramablick. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Freundliches Personal.
− Mühsamer Aufstieg von der Fähre in Königstein im Dunkeln. der Weg ist teilweise sehr Steil und schlecht beleuchtet.
Ubytování je na krásném místě, ale dle fotek jsem čekala více.
7.0Poloha, téměř samota. Vynikající snídaně. Jízdenka na MHD v ceně pobytu.
− Očekávala jsem více. Z restaurace výhled nebyl, stojí před ní strom, a nebylo hezké počasí, abychom mohli sedět venku. V sobotu v půl osmé v restauraci měli jen špagety. Wellness za poplatek a pouze odpoledne se vstupem pouze v určené hodiny.

7.0Ruhige Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick, das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, wir waren mit dem Zimmer zufrieden, das Bad war sehr schön und es war auch eine Minibar im Zimmer vorhanden.
− Wir haben die Unterkunft auf dieser Seite der Elbe gebucht, da laut Beschreibung eine Gaststätte vorhanden ist. Leider konnte vor Ort in Bezug auf Essen nur eine Notversorgung angeboten werden. So waren wir gezwungen, abends den anstrengenden Fußweg zur Fähre zu nutzen oder mit dem Auto zu fahren. Das Potenzial des sehr schönen Biergartens könnte durch mehr Detailverliebtheit deutlich aufgewertet werden.

4.0− Kann das Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen, da gebuchte Preise (inkl.Frühstück) nicht gelten und Nachzahlung 17€ pro Frühstück und Person sehr teuer ist. Auch wenig Kompromissbereit zur Einigung die Betreiber... der Gast ist hier kein König, nur Geldbringer zum Überleben. An die Rezeption, ..nein nicht ich als Gast mach ihr Hotel kaputt... das sind Sie mit ihrem Umgang mit Gästen. 195€ DZ,Frühstück, (trotz Frühstück Buchung Nachzahlung) ist zu viel für das gebotene. Duschbad leer ... Bier alt und schal...So Überleben Sie nicht als Hotelbetreiber... nicht wegen uns als jetzige Kürzzeitgäste ...sondern ihre Engstirnigkeit und Kompromisslosigkeit, mir als Gast gegenüber der sich bei Abreise abgezockt fühlt. Die sächsische Schweiz ist sehr schön... das nächste mal werden wir wo anders buchen, ..haben da garantiert mehr fürs Geld. Alles Gute für Sie

− Leider hatten wir das Pech mit einer größeren Gruppe dort gewesen zu sein. Ein Geburtstag scheinbar. War laut und das Restaurant war an einem Abend für die geschlossene Gesellschaft für uns geschlossen. Was zu trinken haben wir aber bekommen. Danke dafür
