1.0Great location and one half of the property (on the canal side) is stunning!
− The other half of the property where we stayed and which they still charge €500 per night is in VERY poor condition, is badly run and not worth that amount of money per night.

5.0− We didn’t like how the bathroom sink was outside in the room. The room seemed dated, we had greater expectations of the W
One big disappointment
1.0Only the location was good . But the rest was simply way below normal W hotel standards.
− Everything was very dirty and off very poor condition, the wallpaper was falling apart and the rooms very dirty and of a very low standard

4.0The Breakfast food variety and location was excellent Front office manager's flexibility at the time of discussion in reducing my stay to 1 day only and be charged for 1 day only.
