heerlijke laatste dag beleefd met ons gezin in Margarita House
10.0Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Gladys en collega's en tot op het einde bleven ze zich inzetten om ons een topverblijf te bieden. Proper, grote kamers, goede douche en goede bedden. Lekker ontbijt. Fitnessruimte met goede toestellen. Zoeken naar flexibele oplossingen bij vragen. Helemaal top van begin tot einde! Ook goed gelegen in Karen, een leuke plek om nog een laatste dag in Nairobi te beleven vooraleer terug naar België te vertrekken.

9.0La communication fluide avec le personnel de l'hôtel avant d'arriver, la réservation d'une navette aéroport -> hotel le jour de l'arrivée et d'une navette hôtel -> gare ferroviaire le lendemain matin, le fait d'avoir pu dîner tard et petit déjeuner tôt le lendemain matin de l'arrivee, le sens de l'accueil et de l'hospitalité

8.0Spacious room with balcony, big garden, good value for money, helpful staff. Was a good choice for a short stay.
− The hotel feels dated and could use some refurbishment. My room wasn't entirely ready when I arrived for check-in, but staff were able to resolve the issues quickly.
