Good Hotel with Tweaks
8.0The hotel was ideally located in a vibrant area of Paris. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room needed airing, the shower cubicle didn’t fit so the first night we flooded the bathroom, no cups for the espresso machine. Prior to travelling we were asked to complete a registration form with any requirements, from the list provided I asked for an iron and an international charger. Neither were in the room when we arrived and when I asked at reception a charger adapter was provided from what looked like a lost property box. The breakfast was exceptional and a good selection of a high quality even though the apricot jam wasn’t replaced once use.

10.0What a gem! My husband and I stayed in a room on the top floor, which offered a lovely view, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony. The room was small—as you’d expect in Paris—but perfectly comfortable and well designed. The hotel has a spa in the basement, which was a real treat. It includes a warm swimming pool and a steam room (no exercise equipment—just pure relaxation!). You can book a private 45-minute session, so you get the entire space to yourself, which felt very luxurious. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of the Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. There are plenty of cafés, shops, boulangeries, and markets right outside the door.
