More like a hostel or 2* hotel, not worth the price
2.0The staff at reception was lovely and trying hard despite the poor facilities. The location and the spacious apartments.
− Apartments are badly furnished with old furniture that is wonky and seen better days. The apartment smelled of damp. We never got our room cleaned as housekeepers only come until 10am! Who is up before 10 in Ibiza??? Amenities are very minimal, no hand soap. Nothing in the kitchen not even tea and coffee. A piece of our door came off on the first day. Beds very old and cheap with springy mattresses
Basic and clean but disappointing for the price, would expect WIFI that worked

− For a relatively new resort. It was tired. The furniture was old and falling apart. The WiFi didn’t work which was really annoying. The housekeepers always arrived early so it was a challenge to get the apartment cleaned
