10.0Agradável e muito gentil o pessoal da pousada
Uma das piores e mais imundas pousadas de Jeri!!!
2.0Ao chegarmos na pousada EcoJeri Magia fomos hospedados no primeiro quarto, onde constatamos que a roupa de cama estava encharcada pois o ar condicionado estava gotejando fortemente sobre o colchão. Além disso, verificamos que as fotos do site eram bastante diferentes da realidade encontrada na pousada. Observamos ainda diversos pontos de infiltração e de sujeira no quarto, além de cupins. Diante desses problemas, a proprietária da pousada nos ofereceu uma mudança de quarto, ainda pior do que o primeiro, minúsculo e que não dispunha televisão, localizado nos fundos da hospedagem. Aceitamos a mudança pois o primeiro quarto estava sem condições mínimas de uso. No segundo quarto, logo verificamos a sujeira e o mofo em todo o ambiente. Saímos para a praia e pedi que fizessem um reforço na limpeza do quarto, inclusive no ar condicionado, muito sujo, pois tenho uma forte alergia a mofo. Ao retornarmos da praia, no início da noite, percebemos que nada havia sido feito para amenizar a caótica situação. Percebemos também infiltrações em todo o apartamento, que se agravou com a chuva, infestação de cupins e baratas. Encontramos ainda insetos sobre a cama, no chão, nas paredes e SAPOS DENTRO DO APARTAMENTO. Minha filha de 12 anos de idade começou a chorar, pedindo para irmos embora. Tentei resolver a situação por meio do atendimento ao cliente da hotéis.com, sem sucesso! Passamos a noite em claro e na manhã seguinte deixamos a pousada, mesmo tendo pago a hospedagem para 3 diárias.
