8.0駅からは15分弱歩くが、玄関を入ったところから清潔感を感じられる。フロントからのエレベーターが3階につくが、寝るのは4階、ロッカーは3階、風呂は2階とその後は縦の移動距離が長いのが、少し面倒。

10.0This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and I must admit, I was a little nervous. But after actually staying for a night, I am so glad I overcame my fears as it turned out to be one of my favorite experiences of Japan : ) The place is not difficult to find as it is conveniently located in the central area of Okayama. After checking-in at the front desk, you are given a capsule room and a locker to keep you belongings. (You are given a locker key so your stuff will be safe.) One of the staff told me that the capsule rooms are actually designed by a famous Japanese designer. Although it feels a little retro, you no doubt feel like you are entering a Japanese futuristic world and I liked it. You also have access to all of their facilities including a sauna, a Jacuzzi, showers, spa and a rest area with big chairs. The rest area has multiple TV screens and lots of comics (manga), magazines and newspapers that you can read anytime. What’s more, there is a drink bar with free drinks too ; )
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
