− Le bruit, les équipements en état vétuste , ne vaut pas ses étoiles
Parfait pour mes attentes: calme, propre, confortable
8.0L'hôtel est très calme. Le personnel de la réception est charmant et très serviable.
− La fenêtre de ma chambre ne fermait pas très bien.
Très bien placé, pas cher mais pas très propre. Mériterait quelques travaux.
5.0Le jeune homme à l'accueil a été très gentil et agréable. L'accès par le métro est parfait. J'étais au 5ieme derrière et quand vous passez une semaine entière à Paris la tranquillité (hormis les voisins très peu respectueux des autres) est appréciable. La situation dans le 9ieme est parfaite. Le prix.
− Le gros souci de cet hotel est sa vétusté, Le papier peint est arraché à la tête de lit. Mais quand je dis arraché, c'est par bandes entières. Les portes sont très salles, les rafistolages de trous mal réparés, les barres de seuilles de porte inexistantes, donc des passages très salles. Ce n'est surement pas un 3 étoiles. A peine un petit 2 étoiles. Et encore, j'ai séjourné dans des 2 étoiles bien plus propres.

6.0Proche métro , sacré cœur , restaurants… Petit déjeuner correct, personnel très aimable et à l’écoute.
− Sèche cheveux en panne , la porte coupe feu du 6 eme grince énormément, certaines prises électriques sont mal vissées, les sols n’étaient pas très propres , il est surprenant que cet établissement soit classé en 3*
