9.0Whole residence including rooms is old world charm. Rooms were large, very comfortable bedding, our Room 1 bathroom had infloor heating in bathroom, so was very warm on a cold night. Had dinner in their dining room, great meal and reasonably priced $70 for 3 courses, wine was extra. Breakfast included in room rate, good selection incl bacon , eggs etc, was well prepared and delicious. If you dont mind staying a couple of km's out of armidale, this place is definitely worth a look
