10.0Das Zimmer war trotz der heißen Tage angenehm kühl - das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich - im Pool und Spa-Bereich war es super entspannend; besonders toll fand ich die kostenlose Teilnahme an der Wassergymnastik mit Milena. Großes Lob an sie und den Rest des sehr zuvorkommenden Personals. Danke Ihnen.

10.0The staff was very friendly and helpful, both reception and breakfast. There was a minor issue with our room neighbours, they were smoking a lot on their balcony, which is fine, but because of this we couldn't air properly in our room, especially at night in the summer. Then the reception helped us immediately and invited us to see a new room, with an isolated balcony. What a fantastic service, thank you!
