7.0The people who are staying were great some the staff lies about cleaning and animals no towels because dog smells we not given towels back from new cleaning lady who said she smells dog urine. We had taken a shower that morning no dog shower people . so we told there dog urine on the towels no towels for a week. Great job .

− The staff had a nasty attitude. There wasn't any kind of housekeeping service. I had to supply my own towels, wash my own linens, provide my own toiletries, etc.
Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee, and daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter.
