− I requested joined rooms, was told they had them, then wasn't saved them. Was very uncomfortable with my husband and children without enough space and was not even reimbursed fully for the room we DID NOT GET.

1.0The lady who worked front desk was very nice and very helpful and accommodating she is a 10 star employee she cares about the guests
− The rooms were horrible and cock roach Infested by the third room I jus laid down and went to sleep for 3 hours and left I drove 10 hours that day and needed sleep it was handicap room not a king room I booked for but only found dead ones in that room like had jus sprayed or something but housekeeping does not do a good job and the toilet looked like it was gonna come out the ground...I would never stay here again and the ppl who ride bikes around there r kinda wierd staring at u and riding around at 2 am...the only decent thing was the lady who worked at night she apologized for everything a few times

it was the closest stay to bonnaroo.
6.0I felt that the sheets were thin but my friends felt that they were comfortable.
− there was a live cockroach in the bathroom. The sheets were not comfortable/thick enough. the price was jacked up because of the local festival, but was not worth the price. The price was only high because of the proximately to the music festival and not because of the quality of the motel, and that's the main reason we stayed here bc everything else in town was sold out :(.

− La habitación estaba llena de moscas. El agua del lavabo se salia por debajo del mueble y salia por el suelo. Nos cambiaron de habitacion y pasaba lo mismo el agua salia por el suelo y mojaba todo el baño y el pasillo. Por la mañana el hombre con coleta llama a las puertas de las habitaciones a las 10am varias veces molestando cuando estoy durmiendo con el cartel de "don't disturb" cuando el check out es a las 11.
