3.0The beach was great.
− Gnats dead in spider webs on ceiling in room. Dead bugs falling onto bed pillows and dining table because of this. Hallway outside covered in big dying bugs. They switched rooms to a no spa tub, no view room and did not compensate us for the downgrade. Staff did not apologize or even seem surprised. Was not clean. Hotel staff not on site from 10 pm until 7 am. Told to keep key card in car so we would not get locked out of room.The hotel ran out of clean towels the day we left and did not have any fresh towels available. Loud air conditioner. Dirty spots on walls. It could be nice just really needs cleaning and customer service. Would not reccomend.

− That when we got in the room the toilet has crap all over it, that I had to have them come clean up and there was water that I had to clean up by the windows and when I told them about it they just said yah it was from the rain.
Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

− The room was filthy. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped for a long time. The sheets were dirty. Most surfaces had visible filth on it. Food and bugs all over the floor.

− Pictured in your advertisement was cabana like chairs on the beach. Those chairs were not present. Another shade option would have been nice for people who enjoy the beach but do not need 100% sun exposure. Also advertised was breakfast. All I saw was a tiny selection of drinks and granola bars. Fresh fruit, muffins, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, protein bars, yogurt..... would have been nice.
