10.0This is my second time staying at this hotel. My flight arrives at night and is often delayed. The staff wait for me and give me a warm welcome at reception. Everyone is friendly and eager to help with any questions. This time, I had to stay an extra night and check out later than planned. It wasn't a problem at all.

10.0Excellent, The owner does an outstanding job with the running and upkeep of her place. Without a doubt the best homestay that iv stayed in ,in Sanur if not Bali, and iv tried alot of different places. Location is fabulous, enjoy the real local feel without all the tourist fare. Then its only a 7min scooter ride to the beach and restaurants, if thats what you want. 100% ill be staying here again.
