Breakfast was extremely adequate and very tasty with homemade additions. Locations peaceful and beautiful with surrounding gardens and close to riverside walk. Loved the fireplace and being able to sit out on the porch.

Don and Leanne were very welcoming and had our room warmed up for us. We had full use of a fridge to store items and access to a microwave and tea and coffee. Don had the fireplace ready to light for us to enjoy in the evening and the views of the garden and the river were amazing. Leanne also prepared a wonderful breakfast for us in the morning.
