Avis mitigé: il ne manquait pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait...
6.0- Lodge joli et fonctionnel: bien aménagé - Bonne localisation du camping - Superbe piscine -mais transats manquants en Juin (on a du se mettre par terre sur notre serviette) - Petit espace avec matériels de sports - Présence de douches froides (parfait quand il fait 35 degrès) - par contre impossible de régler la chaleur pour les douches chaudes
− -Lors de notre réservation, nous avions bien demandé un lodge à l'ombre et ce n'était pas le cas. On comprend que tous les lodges ne sont peut-être pas ombragés mais il aurait été apprécié de nous prévenir au vu de notre demande explicite. -Lodge 15 en plein cagnard. Nous étions dans le camping la semaine de la canicule -> résultat malheureusement, réveillés à 6h 30 avec une tente en plein soleil avant 7h du matin (il y faisait déjà plus de 30 degrés). - Nous avons par contre eu beaucoup de mal à discuter avec l'équipe. On a clairement eu l'impression de passer pour des vacanciers chiants... alors oui, le prix était intéressant car nous étions en moyenne saison (Juin). Mais nous pensions avoir un peu de considération. Nous arrivons: logement pas très propre, et frigo pas allumé. On rappelle qu'il faisait plus de 35 degrés dehors. Nous n'avons pas réussi à appeler la réception, nous avons dû en discuter avec les femmes/ hommes d'entretien. On a ressenti un agacement de la réception quand elle a été mise au courant. Quelqu'un est venu dans notre lodge en notre absence: à priori le problème était l'ampoule... sauf que personne ne nous l'a dit (c'est le lendemain quand on est venu à la réception qu'on nous l'a dit...) Cela montre aussi malheureusement que les lodges ne sont pas correctement vérifiés avant l'arrivée des vacanciers. Le 2ème exemple qui nous a mis mal à l'aise: quand nous sommes revenus le lendemain pour expliquer à quel point il était difficile de supporter la chaleur mais surtout le fait qu'il n'y avait aucune zone d'ombre sur le lodge (chaleur sous tente et en plein soleil sur la terrasse). On a demandé si quelque chose pouvait être fait... On nous a déposé une bâche grise en plastique sur notre banc avec du fil de fer (un parasol ou un voile d'ombrage auraient été plus adéquat) - Propreté: impossible de marcher à pieds nus dans le lodge.
