− La qualité alimentaire et les boissons clairement du vol et le fait que on ne puisse pas faire d’excursions depuis l’île.

5.0La ubicación. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y la limpieza también. La señora de la limpieza muy agradable.
− Se demoraban mucho en responder la atención, en restaurant y comida en general.. el desayuno muy lento… a medio día ya no habían toallas de playa y había que esperar que llegaran de la embarcación y si es que se acuerdan te las pasan. Los precios de los masajes exageradamente caros con sobreprecio sorprendente. A cada rato te tratan de hacer sentir bien en palabras pero en hecho no funciona. Deberían cambiar el personal y hacerlo mucho más eficiente. Por último hubo una actividad para una empresa privada en el hotel y ellos se preocuparon mucho de la atención hacia ellos y nosotros los demás mortales que habíamos allí ni siquiera nos tocaron un tambor. Se notó mucho la diferencia…. La disparidad… y la inequidad..
