Had a wonderful 3 night stay at Albany holiday park. Was super quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here

− The hot water system was shocking! Couldn’t even have a normal shower. Went boiling hot then freezing cold then normal temperature…. Every ten seconds it would change. Was awful

8.0Overall, our stay was pleasant and everything was generally satisfactory. The location was convenient, and the facilities met our basic expectations. However, there are two issues that I would like to highlight. The first concerns the bathroom design. There was no floor drain in the bathroom area apart from the one inside the shower. As a result, water would accumulate on the bathroom floor after use, and I had to manually mop the floor each time to keep it dry. Adding proper drainage would greatly improve convenience and cleanliness. The second issue was the Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi frequently disconnected throughout our stay, making it difficult to use consistently for browsing and communication. Apart from these two issues, everything else was fine, and we enjoyed our stay. We also made every effort to leave the cabin as clean and tidy as possible before checking out, just as we found it upon arrival. Addressing the bathroom drainage and improving the Wi-Fi stability would make the guest experience much better, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

5.0The cabin was spotless and quiet. It was not far from the town centre.
− The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We got no sleep for 2 nights. We spoke too a nice young lady who told us they were doing the beds up. Also the signage was not well lit coming back from the town centre at night.
