6.0客室はリフォームされているようで広く清潔、上階からは展望も良いが、客室内の水回り設備は古く、浴室の壁が一部破損していたりひび割れていた。大浴場は広く、温泉でよかった。露天風呂もあってゆっくり浸かろうと思ったが、ポンプの真横なのかその音が気になってしまった。大声で会話する客がいたので注意書を掲示してはどうかと思った。素泊まり予約の値段が高いと感じた。追加した朝食は美味しかった。眺めが良いのに、ホテルの展望フロアが営業していないのが残念だった。

4.0Massive hotel but no laundry service. It's mostly a hotel for catering to weddings and events. The parking lot is huge, but the hotel is run down.

10.0big rooms !! really big !! twice as big as normal Japan hotel room !! we like it!! Onsen got ample bathing space !! good indoor outdoor pool !! ample parking space and free . many restaurants options if you are driving . yakiniku at Sadoya is 5 stars !! gelato and sweets at Elmo near Castle is 5 stars !!
