Staff treated me like a criminal
2.0The location and the breakfast were the best things about the hotel.
− I called ahead and they told me I would have no problems since my husband made the reservation. I arrived and they treated me as I was a criminal and had stolen someone's credit card to make a reservation. I was so insulted and humiliated and my mood was destroyed. That ruined the experience for me since the reception was the first interaction I had at the hotel. I will NEVER stay there again. Horrible experience.
