− Towels had stains on them, they mattress was dated 1997, bathroom window on first floor was very difficult to close

− They told me the office closed at 10 after I had already received confirmation that I could check in at 11, so I had to rush back from Black Canyon Garrison National Park in the dark to arrive on time
