9.0Our stay at Amnaya Resort Kuta, Bali from 30 June to 3 July was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, we were treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Ratana, Yulina, Agus, Suseni, Mega, and Widi, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Each of them was incredibly humble, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the kitchen team for serving such an amazing breakfast every morning. The variety, freshness, and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start each day. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. Amnaya Resort is a beautiful property with excellent facilities, but it is the people who make it truly special. The exceptional service and heartfelt hospitality of the entire team made our Bali holiday even more memorable. Thank you to everyone at Amnaya Resort. 10.0Een mooie afsluiter van een tegenvallende vakantie. Alles was perfect vanaf aankomst tot vertrek. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Het à la carte ontbijt was heerlijk! Het zwembad is groot, waardoor je ook baantjes kan trekken. Ook de Spa is een aanrader.
− Onze suite (met aansluitende deluxe kamer voor de kinderen) keek uit op het Waterbomb park, waardoor je de hele dag spelende kinderen hoort. Wij hadden daar persoonlijk geen last van, maar mensen zonder kinderen vinden dat misschien minder fijn...
Heerlijk hotel met zeer goede service
9.0Mooie, ruime schone kamers. Dicht bij het vliegveld, het hotel wordt ook met name geboekt voor korte periodes bij aankomst of voor vertrek. Het ligt centraal in Kuta en alles is perfect.
− Het zwembad heeft Hellas niet veel zon.

7.0location, cleanliness, quick service
− my partner and i were getting tattooes but housecleaning said the stains weren’t going out but it was just stencil ink and plasma/tattoo ink, we were fined 600.000 for staining 2x pillowcases and the duvet cover, we’ve gotten tattoos before and stayed at another place and they never had an issue and never got fined, we asked for spare sheets at that place they were okay with us staining and there were no issues. we asked for a spare sheet here as well. it was a nice resort but personally been put off.
