Best Western Hotel. Has all you might need.
8.0Somewhat out of the centre of Lausanne between the lake and the old town. Impressive decor and comfortable rooms with air con. Limited Host tray so take your own teabags etc. Spotlessly clean. A little soulless and staff not engaging, save for young man in the bar who chatted to us. Very quiet, good lifts. Breakfast was buffet with a good selection. Food in the restaurant was disappointing. 4 of us received meals that were almost cold. The food and drinks were very expensive too. There is a bus service to the old town almost outside of the hotel and a bit further down one to the lake. The service is regular which is a bonus. Feels more like a business hotel than a visitors hotel.
