− Le bruit et l'odeur de cigarette dans le hall de 2h à 3h du matin. (Accueil= lieu de squatt) Le ménage à terre n'avait pas été fait = ongles des précédents locataires à terre. On a dû réparer la douche en arrivant : la cornière de douche était enlevée du support. Le petit déjeuner (il faut réclamer du pain, viennoiseries et jus d'orange) était moyen à 8h30. La sortie se fait sans personnel à l'accueil. J'ai déposé les clefs à la réception sans pouvoir parler avec du personnel. La literie était mauvaise = tâches sur draps et matelas du lit double avec un creux au milieu. La douche trop petite : on parvient avec bien du mal à y entrer et y sortir tellement l'espace entre les portes est petit : une personne en surpoids ou une femme enceinte ne peut pas y entrer . Les toilettes sont en sortie de douche : pas pratique du tout. Pas de clim.

8.0Le rapport qualité prix. L agencement et la propreté des chambres.
− Le petit-déjeuner est un peu léger et en fonction de l heure à laquelle on le prend, il n y a plus de viennoiseries même si il est tôt…. Il faut quand même que je précise que dans la chambre triple il y avait une odeur très nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement donc il n y avait plus personne à l accueil sinon nous aurions demandé à changer de chambre tellement ça sentait mauvais.

− Les nombreuses mouches dans la chambres et celles encrassées sur le mur avec les traces encore visible, le sol de la chambre collant très désagréable, pas de clim ni même un ventilateur en pleine canicule ...un cauchemars
