− Somente a distância para o centro de Floripa. No entanto, fica num bairro residencial bem tranquilo e perto do projeto Tamar!

Tudo perfeito. O café da manhã é servido no quarto. O atendimento, limpeza, atenção e cuidados para comigo e sobretudo para com a minha família foram excepcionais com a demonstração inequívoca de carinho, humanidade e zelo nos serviços prestados. Recomendo demais.

− Um único adendo fica por conta da localização que achei um pouco longe do Centro, no entanto, próximo da praia, TAMAR e a estrutura da Pousada sobressai e muito a este pequeno detalhe mencionado.
