We hadden een tiny house in de tuin, met prima bed, douche en airco. We hadden zelfs kunnen koken. Heerlijk buiten zitten. Bijzonder hartelijk ontvangen door Livio, de eigenaar. Afstand tot Lucca 5 min met auto.

− Het parkeren met een grote auto vergt wel wat stuurmanskunst.

Bed and shower

− The apartment itself is comfortable, with a good bed, clean linens and towels, a nice bathroom, air conditioning, and a minibar. However, my overall stay was disappointing because of the host’s behavior. On the second morning, breakfast was not ready at the scheduled time. When I spoke to the host at 9:00 a.m. (breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m.), he asked me to wait five minutes. He then made me an espresso but, instead of serving the rest of the breakfast, started fixing something in the dining room doorway. Only after other guests came down did he begin serving the remaining items. He also insisted on putting a sweet pastry on my plate even though I didn’t want it. The same thing happened on the third morning. By 8:45 a.m., breakfast was still not available, and I had to check out without having breakfast. On the first day, the host offered to pick me up from the train station since the property is located away from the city center. When I arrived, I exited through a different station exit than the main one. During our phone call, he was quite rude and told me he didn’t need to know the name of the street where I was. As it was my first time in both the country and the city, I couldn’t be expected to know my way around. Overall, the experience was marked by poor organization, impatience, and constant excuses. I was left with the feeling that my presence was an inconvenience to the host. I would not recommend staying here.

Ho prenotato per mia figlia ed è stata contentissima! posto meraviglioso possibilità di usare le biciclette per arrivare in centro al paese.
