10.0Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. Per New York offre un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo, soprattutto considerando la posizione, le dimensioni e i servizi. L’appartamento è molto spazioso (circa 90 m²), perfetto anche per più persone. Dispone di due bagni, uno con doccia e uno con vasca/doccia, ed è impeccabilmente pulito. Durante il soggiorno gli asciugamani vengono cambiati frequentemente e la pulizia è davvero curata. Inoltre, l’appartamento è dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per sentirsi come a casa. Un grande punto di forza è la posizione: proprio di fronte si trova la stazione della metropolitana Wall St, servita dalle linee 1, 2 e 3, che permettono di raggiungere comodamente e senza cambi molte delle principali attrazioni di Midtown. È giusto precisare che, a causa di lavori, l’ingresso della metropolitana situato proprio di fronte all’edificio è aperto solo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 7:00 alle 22:00. Tuttavia, questo non crea alcun disagio: i lavori non si sentono dall’appartamento e un altro ingresso della stessa stazione si trova a pochissima distanza. La posizione è ideale per visitare New York: si è lontani dal caos di Times Square e di Midtown, ma perfettamente collegati con tutta la città. La strada è poco trafficata e, di conseguenza, si sentono molto raramente i rumori tipici di New York, come sirene di ambulanze o vigili del fuoco. Inoltre, durante tutto il soggiorno ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro, sia passeggiando la mattina presto (verso le 6:00) sia rientrando dopo l’1:00 di notte. Infine, la reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è un valore aggiunto: il personale è sempre disponibile, estremamente efficiente e risponde rapidamente a qualsiasi richiesta. In conclusione, consiglierei senza esitazione questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare New York soggiornando in una struttura ampia, silenziosa, pulitissima, ben collegata e con un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.

9.0Sjeldent stor New York-leilighet, rett i nærheten av Wall Street. God beliggenhet og godt utgangspunkt for mange opplevelser, spesielt hvis man ikke er redd for å gå litt.
