− Loud, rude, obnoxious guests. Swearing, yelling, outside their doorways for an extended period of time.

The lady at the front counter was very apologetic about the homeless guy in our room. She gave us a whole new room.

Great location to the fairgrounds, easy walk to restaurants and other business, clean room, nicely refurbished

− The outside of the hotel needs work the stairs looked sketchy and rust was everywhere. The noise from the highway was annoying and of course close proximity to the hospital brought lots of ambulances with sirens blaring. Maybe some investment in exterior sound proofing could lessen the impact.
