My first trip to Lisbon was made so enjoyable by my stay at H10 Duc de Louie. The hotel is a beautiful small boutique hotel in a very convenient area of Lisbon. The front desk staff, and doorman were so friendly and efficient!

The location of this hotel is wonderful, situated in a very nice and pleasant area right next to the beautiful main shopping avenue. Our stay didn't start perfectly. Upon arrival, we discovered that instead of the suite we booked, our reservation had been changed to two connecting rooms for the kids. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding our room, which we expected to be a Superior but turned out to be a Twin. Naturally, we were initially quite upset, especially since the change hadn't been communicated to us in advance, even though the hotel's intentions were good, aiming to provide a more spacious setup. Thankfully, the rest of our experience was flawless. The breakfast was wonderful, featuring a fantastic à la carte menu alongside a rich buffet. A special thank you goes to Mr. Bruno G. at breakfast, who was incredibly attentive, professional, and charming. He remembered our personal preferences daily and was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring regarding strict gluten-free options for celiacs. To top it all off, the rooftop is beautifully designed, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. What truly transformed our stay was the staff's reaction once they realized our disappointment. They went above and beyond to make things right. We would like to highly commend Susana, the reception manager, for her outstanding care and professionalism. Even though the hotel is not officially rated as a 5-star property, the exceptional world-class service made it feel exactly like one. We regularly stay at luxury properties, and the service here absolutely lives up to that standard. We would gladly return!

Amazing hotel!

This was our best hotel during our Portugal vacation! The service was incredible. From delivering our luggage to our rooms the first morning, to mailing a package with a prepaid label so I didn’t have to go to the post office, the service was incredible! The breakfast was also the best we’ve had at any hotel. We were also impressed with the robes in the room available for all guests and the complimentary water bottles and coffee refreshed every day. It’s about a 10 minute subway ride to the main area of the city but it’s across the street from the grocery store so that was convenient. There’s also a McDonald’s close by if you need a taste of the US. I almost didn’t stay here given no fitness center or pool, but I’m so happy I didn’t switch. Highly recommend!
