− Schlechtes Klima im Zimmer, Schlafen Katastrophe Beim Fernseher hatten wir Umschaltprobleme, Übernachtungssteuer, die wir beim ausschecken bezahlen mussten

8.0Tolle Lage, nicht Laut obwohl dirket an einer großen Straße, gutes Frühstück
− Probleme bei der Endabrechnung Es wurde behauptet ich hätte noch nicht bezahlt. Das Zimmer hatte ich aber bereits vor Monaten bezahlt. Schlussendlich haben sie meine Zahlung gefunden - aber unser Taxi zum Flughafen musste auf uns warten… Problem war: gebucht war auf mich (österreichischer Reisepass) Mein Mitreisender hatte einen Deutschen Perso Weil es für den am Empfang zuständigen infacher war uns mit dem Deutschen pass einzuchecken wurde das zimmer auf ihn umgebucht. Beim check out wurde nur nach zahlungen unter des namen meines mitreisenden gesucht. Bessere Abstimmung im Mitarbeiter Team hätte uns da Zeit und Nerven gespart.
Übernahme Chaos und fehlende Koordination - Aber die alte eingesessenen Front Desk Leute retten das schon
5.0Neuer Besitzer - neue Crew… aber man muss es der alten Belegschaft lassen… die kennen ihre Unterkunft. Problemlos wurden Probleme nach dem Checkin von den alt bekannten Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption gelöst, mit einem Lächeln und dem üblich bekannten Gefühl von “willkommen sein”. Die neue Crew wirkte dagegen noch sehr verloren, sicher nicht weiter schlimm, da es kurz nach der Übernahme durch den neuen Besitzer war.
− Scheinbar hat es noch gewaltige Probleme bei der Kommunikation zwischen Housekeeping und Rezeption. Leider war das eigentlich vorgesehene Zimmer noch vollkommen verdreckt (und dennoch freigegeben). Auch das neue Zimmer hatte seine leichten Spuren, die eigentlich schnell zu beheben gewesen wären. Das war doch nicht der Standard, den man aus vielen Jahren in diesem Haus kennt. Beim Check-In hieß es, dass dem neuen Betreiber das Frühstück ein besonderes Anliegen sei. Leider war eine Stunde vor Ende des Buffets ein Großteil eben dieses schon vergriffen. Für den Preis ist das dann doch ein wenig Schade. Wie gesagt die ganze Erfahrung ist einmalig gewesen und mag sicher mit der zeitnahen Übernahme zu tun haben. Aber insgesamt fühlte es sich leider wie ein gewaltiger Verlust an Qualität an.
