9.0Really good space, spread out over 3 floors so you feel like there is plenty of room. Location is walking distance into the middle of Byron main street

− Few issues from previous guests but rectified quickly (but did include trades having to visit)
We loved The Butter Factory, beautifully styled and furnished, comfy beds and an easy check in/check out process.

− Car parting was a little tight but our hire car was large so couldn’t be helped.

9.0Fully equipped kitchen. 3 level flat with balconies on 2nd and 3rd levels, lovely for having breakfast. Pool is very cold and always in the shade. BBQ facilities. Generally very clean. 10 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to Woolies. Quiet at night and felt safe. Easy check in.
