− La habitación que nos dieron las almohadas y sábanas de cama olían a humedad, y algunos anfitriones al ver que eramos locales era diferente el trato al que le daban al extranjero.
We had a great stay at the resort which is very well located. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was
9.0Very good location within the resort. All the facilities within easy reach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet was very good with a good selection of food which was well prepared and very clean.
− Would choose my time of year as there was a lot of seaweed at this time of year which the staff were struggling to clear away each day but were fighting a losing battle. To be fair it is all along the coastline at this time of year and not just at the resort. Would also benefit from the hotel enforcing a sunbed policy as people were reserving sunbeds around the pools with towels from 0630am each morning and then not turning up for a few hours. The hotel should remove towels from them if they are left unattended for an hour? Some of the rooms are a bit dated. We had 3 rooms, two of which were fine but the third was quite dated and in a very dark location with the balcony overlooking a wall so it never got any light in the room. We ended up paying extra to upgrade the room to a newly refurbished one with a better view so we could actually sit on the balcony.

8.0The room and facilities were cleaned and comfortable. The activities were fun and entertaining.
− There was a lot of seaweed, I know this is hard to control, and they were really trying to clean it. It was a little disappointing that they offered different restaurants with resevervation, but they were opening only one at a time, and because I stayed only 3 nights I was not allowed to make a reservation and therefore eating there. It sucks because I didnt know I would not be able to make the reservation. I was really looking forward to eating more mexican food and the international buffette didnt have enough, especially because they only allowed me to go to the small buffette.
