We loved the house; the layout, the styling, heated floors and great pool with spa were just perfect.

Great location, beautiful vibe and serenity. Staff were great.

− It was pretty run down, one bathroom didn’t get hot water. The spa was cold when we arrived and couldn’t use it until the next day once they sent someone to fix it. Requested later check out and didn’t get a response until we were already home and too late.

− No indoor shower in master, not all windows had curtains/blinds so very bright , guest room and bathroom layout less than ideal. Expensive.

Very relaxing, at least until the trades arrived in adjacent units

Spacious, clean & good facilities, with minor exceptions. The lack of ceiling height walls impacts privacy. The equipment & consumables need to be better checked, eg there are only 4 table knives ( mismatching), as opposed to a host of other utensils; one shampoo versus 5 body wash; the second bathroom has a mal- functioning basin plug & a flickering light; knitted throws on beds have stains.

− No blinds, rooms had street light shining in. The tiny bathroom was outside and up stairs. Not clean, a lot of dust under the beds. Description said two bathrooms, only the tiny one had a shower. Cheap beding, stuffy 2nd bedroom with aircon not working properly. But the most irritating and unacceptable was that the villa looked nothing like the pictures - they were of another villa. .but most of all,
