7.0Very convenient location for what we needed. Directly across the road from a supermarket, next door with direct access to a nice bistro. Very reasonable price.
− Bed was a little hard for me, heating/aircon to loud to keep it on through the night. A bit of traffic noise. But for the price we can deal with that.

Comfortable and affordable stay.
7.0Room as expected basic, old but well maintained. Handy for the footy and cbd alike. Have stayed there many times so know what to expect. Convenient and good value.
− Plastic shower curtains could be modernised. Room a little dark even with lights on. Overall good value for money so no complaints.
Comfortable older style motel, suited my needs.

− It didn't really affect me, but the room was pretty dark; there aren't a lot of powerpoints.

7.0As described. Good location with Woolworths opposite and Great Western Hotel next door.
− Shower is tucked away behind the bathroom door with only a shower curtain. Water splashed under the shower curtain and made the tiles in the bathroom and entry quite wet. Parking is quite tight and takes some manoeuvring to get in and out.
