Book foe 3 adults and a small dog. Could not have been happier large unit..lovely kitchen..awsome view..very clean comfy beds ..nice warm welcome from owners ..would very happily stay there again ..thanks guys you are doing a great job

This motel is on a great spot, close to town, and on a hill with views over the harbour and city. The bonus for us was it was pet friendly there was 4 of us with 2 dogs, and it was great to find a reasonable priced pet friendly motel. Although the room was dated and basic, it was clean, with a separate bedroom, and 2 single beds and a lounge in the living space. The kitchen was basic, but did have a large fridge, microwave, stove top and cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses. There was a sign saying to use the supplied products to leave room in clean condition, but could only find a tea towel. Thankfully I always carry a ‘go pack’ with cloths and detergent.

Booked a two bedroom unit and was given a 1 bedroom unit with refund of the difference. The shower mould throughout, the skirting board had caked on grime on them. The air conditioner had dirt and dust hanging off the grill, god knows what the filter looked like. There was 4 of us and it was supposed the self contained; however, there was only 2 knives and forks, 1 teaspoon. The fridge whilst it appeared new sounded like a wind tunnel. This a good place to avoid

Soft large big white towels a luxury

I waS a little disappointed that they put us in a room that the wifi did not work, but I have to say the bed was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep that I have had in ages. The room was very clean, was so happy with the lovely big soft towels have often been in hotels where they give you little towels I’m a larger person and to have a towel that can wrap around your body is a luxury so very pleased. The room is outdated but the facilities are good, frig, air conditioner, nice to have cutlery as we were able to make our own breakfast so overall so the price was a good experience would stay again. Hopefully they can fix the wifi problem. Great view and nice hot water.

Smelled of drugs

I stayed at this motel and although the accomodation was great the smell of marijuana coming from the managers outdoor area was disgusting. It was rather concerning as I am driving and didn’t want to be arrested if it was found in my system. I didn’t say anything as I was afraid too and didn’t even want to write a review but now have felt it’s important. It really was so strong. Stay away.
